Truro City extends unbeaten start with win over Tonbridge Angels

Truro City extended their unbeaten start to the National League South season with a 2-0 victory over Tonbridge Angels at Longmead Stadium.

Tyler Harvey secured the win with two second-half goals. His first came via a penalty eight minutes into the second half after he was fouled. Harvey sealed the result with a shot 16 minutes from time.

Despite strong performances from Tonbridge Angels goalkeeper Nathan Harness in the first half, Truro City's manager John Askey maintained the lineup from their previous domestic outing to secure the win. This victory follows Truro's opening day win against Maidstone United and a goalless draw against Chelmsford City.
