Truro Crown Court charges finance director, sexual assault suspect and child image offender

Gynevra Hall, 53, former finance director of Green Light PBS Ltd, has been sent to Truro Crown Court on fraud charges. Prosecutors allege she abused her position to obtain £17,512 from a Newquay‑based charity and falsified qualifications to gain £43,085 in wages. She is also accused of fraud at Falmouth‑based Keynvor Morlift, allegedly taking £26,364. Hall is scheduled to appear on 21 August.

Callum Butler, 30, of Plymouth, faces multiple sexual‑assault charges for incidents at Lusty Glaze Beach, Mitchell Hill, Tintagel, Perranporth and Seaton Beach, as well as a harassment charge for breaching a restraining order. He was remanded in custody and his case is listed for 18 August.

Jamie Trudgian, 32, of St Austell, pleaded guilty to possessing and distributing thousands of indecent images of children, including 2,530 Category A, 1,388 Category B, dozens of Category C images and 55 extreme pornographic images. Sentencing is set for 3 September; he was released on conditional bail with contact restrictions.
