Trust Bank PLC delists from Ghana Stock Exchange
Trust Bank PLC has officially delisted its ordinary shares from the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE), effective Friday, September 25, 2026. The move concludes the Gambian banking institution’s exit from the Ghanaian capital market following a tender offer sponsored by Solo Dabo Company Limited.
Under the terms of the exit offer, qualifying shareholders were able to tender their holdings at a price of GH¢1.20 per share. The offer, which closed on September 11, 2026, saw shareholders tender 3,510,021 shares, representing 47.89% of the 7,328,773 ordinary shares held on the Ghana share register. The total value of the tendered shares amounted to approximately GH¢4.21 million.
While settlement has been completed for those who accepted the offer, 3.82 million shares (52.11% of the Ghana register) were not tendered. The Ghana share register will remain open for a three-month transitional period, after which all remaining holdings will be transferred to Trust Bank’s principal share register in The Gambia.
