Trustyyle to host human resources workshop in Fukuoka

Trustyyle Co., Ltd. has announced the “Business Personnel Library in Fukuoka” event, scheduled for October 19, 2026, at the Smaregi Fukuoka office. The event is organized by the “Jinji Toshokan” (Personnel Library) community, an anonymous network of approximately 850 human resources professionals.

The program focuses on addressing challenges related to employee turnover and the inability of new hires to meet performance expectations. Rather than viewing recruitment as an isolated task, the event encourages participants to view recruitment, onboarding, training, and management as a continuous organizational process.

The two-hour session will include mini-lectures, workshops for self-reflection, and peer discussions. Additionally, the event will introduce practical examples of using AI to support onboarding processes to reduce the administrative burden on staff responsible for welcoming new employees.
