TSK shares surge amid analyst optimism and U.S. expansion talks

Shares of the Asturian engineering group TSK rose by more than 11% following positive analyst consensus. Bloomberg analysts have set a price target of 9.15 euros per share, with institutions such as Santander, Alantra, JB Capital Markets, and CaixaBank issuing buy recommendations. Some analysts have set targets as high as 10.28 euros. Since its stock market debut in May, the company has seen a valuation increase of 32.83%.

TSK recently reported a net profit of 44.8 million euros for the first half of the year, a significant increase from the 2.8 million euros reported during the same period last year. The company's commercial pipeline has grown by 50% in the last six months, reaching 14.9 billion euros.

In terms of expansion, TSK is negotiating with several construction groups to establish a strategic alliance in the United States, aiming to capitalize on opportunities in energy transition and data center development. Potential partners include the Israeli firm Shikun & Binui, with whom TSK already maintains a strategic alliance in Israel and the Middle East. Negotiations could include a joint venture for a 540 MW combined cycle project in the U.S. involving a 1 billion dollar investment.
