Tsubasa Masuwaka releases first lifestyle essay on Kindle

Mikasa Shobo has announced the Kindle ebook release of ‘Tsubasa Juku: 100 Mindsets to Turn Your Life Around’ by Tsubasa Masuwaka. The book serves as the author's first lifestyle essay, focusing on methods of ‘self-production’ to create a positive chain of happiness for oneself and others.

The work covers 100 items across several themes, including self-improvement, interpersonal relationships, career development, romance, health, mentality, and luck. It includes practical ‘Tsubasa Juku’ workshops designed to help readers apply these mindsets to their own lives.

Masuwaka, a prominent model, creative director, and actress, is noted for her significant influence in the cosmetics and contact lens markets. She is also preparing to launch her lifestyle brand, MEND, in late 2025.
