T&T Group drives knowledge‑city and growth ecosystem in Vinh Long, Vietnam

T&T Group, through its subsidiary T&T Homes, plans to develop a "knowledge‑city" model in Vinh Long province of the Mekong Delta. The concept broadens the notion of knowledge to include technology, innovation, culture, history and local identity, and aims to create an integrated urban environment that combines residential, work, retail, education and tourism functions.

The company notes that while Vietnam’s overall real‑estate supply is rising, demand is shifting from short‑term profit motives to value‑driven, long‑term needs, prompting investors to act more cautiously. Vinh Long is highlighted for its strategic advantages: ample land, improving infrastructure, proximity to Ho Chi Minh City, favorable climate and expanding logistics zones. T&T targets a 10% annual increase in GRDP, seeking an economy of about 590 000 billion VND by 2030, and emphasizes that the next challenge is building competitive urban ecosystems to retain talent and attract businesses.
