T&T Group launches City Millennia urban project in Vietnam's Mekong Delta
T&T Group is developing a 267‑hectare mixed‑use urban complex called City Millennia at the southern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City. The project combines residential, hospitality, retail and public amenities – schools, hospitals, an ecological park and record‑breaking pedestrian streets such as the “Millennial Journey” and the “River of Light”.
The development is part of a broader effort to create new growth poles in the Mekong Delta, a region where the World Bank reports that about 1.7 million people have left in the past decade. Officials say the goal is to diversify the economy beyond agriculture, retain skilled workers and attract investment. T&T’s multi‑pillar model – T&T Homes, T&T Hospitality and T&T Retail – is intended to generate jobs, stimulate commerce and provide a modern living environment.
A retail component known as “Little Hong Kong” is slated to become a 24‑hour entertainment and shopping hub, further strengthening the city’s economic magnetism.
