T&T Homes Elite Rivera sells 90% of inventory within two hours

The T&T Homes Elite Rivera real estate project in Vinh Long saw over 90% of its inventory sold within two hours of its launch on September 13. The sales event, held at the Huong Sen Convention Center, attracted more than 500 investors and customers from Vinh Long and neighboring provinces.

The available inventory consisted of 274 products, including 106 shophouses, 148 terraced houses, and 20 riverside villas. According to Ta Minh Kha, General Director of Southern Homes Vietnam, the project's high demand is partly due to the fact that construction is already physically completed, meeting market expectations for ready-to-use or visible developments.

Investors expressed interest in the project's combination of modern architecture and green, riverside living environments, seeking alternatives to the noise and congestion of major cities like Ho Chi Minh City.
