TTC Phú Quốc opens Selavia sales office and model home in Ho Chi Minh City

TTC Phú Quốc has officially opened a new sales office and model home in Ho Chi Minh City to showcase its Selavia project. Located at 253 Hoang Van Thu, the facility allows potential customers to experience the Aura subdivision of the Selavia resort development through scale models, planning images, and physical model apartments.

The Selavia Aura apartments feature designs inspired by the spirit of Hoi An and coastal nature, utilizing a color palette of orange, yellow, and blue. Available units include studio apartments starting from 34.4 m² and two-bedroom apartments of 55.4 m². The apartments are offered with fully furnished interiors, with prices starting from 1.8 billion VND.

By establishing this presence in Ho Chi Minh City, the developer aims to provide a convenient way for local and regional customers to evaluate the project's design and functionality without the immediate need to travel to Phu Quoc.
