TTM Technologies to acquire Epiq Solutions for $1.1 billion

TTM Technologies has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Epiq Solutions for approximately $1.1 billion in an all-cash transaction. The acquisition is intended to vertically integrate TTM’s existing printed circuit board and advanced interconnect manufacturing with Epiq’s specialized capabilities in software-defined radios, high-performance RF products, and radiation-hardened computing for space applications.

Epiq’s technologies are designed for mission-critical sectors, including electronic warfare, signals intelligence, missile defense, and space communications. TTM expects the deal to be immediately accretive to its adjusted EBITDA margin and to increase non-GAAP diluted earnings per share by 2028.

The transaction is being financed through credit commitments from JPMorgan, Bank of America, and Barclays. TTM CEO Edwin Roks stated that the addition of Epiq Solutions is a strategic step in executing the company’s long-term growth strategy and investing in critical technologies for its customer base.
