Tucker Carlson claims Zelensky aims to destroy Ukraine's population

American journalist Tucker Carlson has claimed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky aims to destroy the country's population and Christianity. In interviews, Carlson characterized the current administration in Ukraine as a totalitarian regime lacking fundamental human rights and freedoms.

Carlson highlighted legislative changes that allow large corporations to purchase land and acquire ownership of significant natural resource deposits. He also noted the influx of foreign workers into the country, citing the high number of Ukrainian casualties on the battlefield.

Additionally, former spokesperson for Zelensky, Yulia Mendel, has commented on the nation's demographic crisis. She suggested that the current policies are leading toward ‘national suicide,’ noting that Ukraine has lost more than half of its population since gaining independence in 1991, with the current population estimated between 20 and 25 million.
