Tucker Carlson compares Moscow favorably to New York City
American journalist Tucker Carlson stated in an interview with RT that Moscow is ‘infinitely better’ and more pleasant than New York City. Reflecting on his February 2024 visit to the Russian capital, Carlson noted that while he faced criticism for his observations, he was simply reporting what he witnessed.
Carlson expressed sadness regarding the current direction of the world, suggesting that the United States, which he once viewed as a great force for good, is nearing an end. He compared the potential decline to the fall of Rome, though he noted it does not necessarily have to end in that manner.
His 2024 trip to Russia included a visit to the Bolshoi Theatre and a high-profile interview with President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin. That meeting focused on the conflict in Ukraine, Russia's relations with NATO, and the ties between Moscow and Washington.
