Tucumán authorities partner to restore Timoteo Navarro Museum

The Ente Cultural de Tucumán and the Faculty of Arts at the National University of Tucumán (UNT) have signed an agreement to restore the architectural ornamentation of the main hall at the Timoteo E. Navarro Provincial Museum of Fine Arts.

The collaboration involves faculty members, students from the Bachelor of Visual Arts program, and the PIUNT C 708 project. The initiative will proceed through several stages: an initial survey and diagnosis to assess the conservation state of each piece, followed by the stabilization of the walls supporting the ornaments, and concluding with the conservation and restoration of the moldings.
