Tucumán health officials train teams on technology's impact on mental health

The Ministry of Public Health conducted a training session for healthcare workers and therapeutic operators focused on the risks associated with technology use and its impact on mental health. Held at the University of the North Santo Tomás de Aquino (UNSTA), the initiative aims to provide tools for understanding how digital environments affect emotional well-being across different life stages.

The program was organized through a collaboration between the Suicide Behavior Prevention and Approach Program of SIPROSA, the Government Training School, and the Tucumán Life Observatory. Experts in law, engineering, and psychology addressed the daily impacts of digital devices. This training is part of a broader strategy to strengthen early intervention capabilities within the community's healthcare teams.
