Tucumán Legislature holds awareness day for cystic fibrosis

The Legislature of Tucumán held the First Legislative Day of Cystic Fibrosis to address challenges regarding the diagnosis, treatment, and comprehensive coverage of this rare genetic disease. The event, part of the ‘Legislatura en Diálogo’ program, was held in commemoration of World Cystic Fibrosis Day.

Specialists, health authorities, and patient organizations participated in the debate to promote early diagnosis and integral support for families. As part of the awareness campaign, the legislative building was illuminated in green, and a declaration of legislative interest was issued to increase visibility for those living with the condition.
