Tucumán province acquires Procrear housing complex land

The Argentine national government has formalized the transfer of the Procrear Tucumán housing complex land to the Province of Tucumán. Through the signing of a public deed, the province has transitioned from mere possession to full ownership of the site located in Manantial Sur, Tucumán.

The project, which had previously stalled at approximately 15% completion due to economic difficulties and shifts in national policy, will now be continued and financed using the province's own resources. Under the direction of Governor Osvaldo Jaldo, the first stage of the development aims to provide 573 housing solutions—including towers, monoblocks, and duplexes—along with 22 commercial premises across a 45,000 square meter area.

Minister of Economy and Production Daniel Abad stated that this transfer is a vital step that allows the province to complete the works and eventually distribute the units through future credit or purchase models.
