Tucumán hosts second Feria Argentina del Alfajor
The second edition of the Feria Argentina del Alfajor will take place in Tucumán from September 4 to 6 at the Sociedad Rural de Tucumán. The event features over 60 exhibitors from across Argentina, offering a variety of regional flavors, stories, and culinary proposals.
Official presentations were held by the Ente Tucumán Turismo (ETT), including president Domingo Amaya and vice president Inés Frías Silva. The fair is supported by Governor Osvaldo Jaldo and aims to attract visitors from throughout the country and northern Argentina. Admission is free, with operating hours from 15:00 to 22:00.
Among the participants is Luis Salado Greco, founder of El Rodeo and winner of the 2026 World Alfajor Championship, who presented a regional recipe featuring fig, dulce de leche, walnut, and coconut flakes.
