Tudor Ciobanu wins second prize at national physics competition

Tudor Ciobanu, a student at the “A.T. Laurian” National College in Botoșani, has secured second prize at the “EVRIKA” National Physics Competition. The event took place in Brașov from October 23 to 25, 2026.

The Botoșani County School Inspectorate announced the achievement, congratulating both the student and his instructors, Nadia Mihaela Guluță and Florin Ștefan Ciobanu, for their roles in his preparation. The competition, now in its 33rd edition, required participants to demonstrate advanced theoretical knowledge and the ability to solve complex physics problems.
