Tudor unveils second-generation Northflag GMT watch

Tudor has unveiled the second generation of its Northflag watch, a model inspired by the brand's historical connection to the 1950s British North Greenland Expedition and the 1973 Ranger II.

The new 40mm stainless steel timepiece features a significant technical upgrade with the introduction of a flyer-style GMT function. It is powered by the MT5652-U automatic movement, which is both COSC and METAS Master Chronometer certified, offering a 65-hour power reserve and resistance to magnetic fields of up to 15,000 gauss.

Design elements include a black sunburst dial with yellow accents, large luminous ceramic hour markers, and a 24-hour scale on the rehaut. The watch maintains its signature integrated H-link bracelet, which now includes the T-fit adjustment system for tool-free resizing. The model also features a domed sapphire crystal and a sapphire display caseback, allowing visibility of the movement.
