Tudor unveils the new Northflag GMT watch

Tudor has unveiled the new Northflag, a redesigned successor to the original North Flag model first released in 2015. While the original was known for its power-reserve indicator, the updated version features a GMT function with a yellow 24-hour scale and a central GMT hand.

The watch features a 40mm stainless steel case with a thickness of 12.7mm and a lug-to-lug measurement of 48.8mm. It includes a black dial with monobloc ceramic markers filled with blue Super-LumiNova and maintains 100 meters of water resistance. The design draws inspiration from the 1973 Prince Oysterdate Ranger II, utilizing an integrated bracelet and oversized indices.

Internally, the timepiece is powered by the Manufacture Calibre MT5652-U, an automatic movement with both COSC and METAS certifications. The movement offers a 65-hour power reserve and a silicon balance spring. The Northflag will be sold exclusively through Tudor boutiques, with a retail price of approximately 5,050 euros.
