Tufts University athletes compete in sailing and tennis events

Tufts University student-athletes saw varied results across several collegiate competitions. The coed sailing team participated in three major events on a single Saturday: the Hatch Brown Trophy at MIT, the New England Singlehanded Championships on Dorchester Bay, and the Mystic Lake Invite. In the Hatch Brown regatta, the Jumbos placed seventh overall, with individual performances from Oliver Keeves, Reddin Kehrli, Crue Ziskind, and Patricia Winssinger. At the New England Singlehanded Championship, Devon Owen secured a 10th place finish.

In women's tennis, the MIT Invitational featured competition from several schools, including Tufts and Amherst. Anastasia Samets and Katie Driscoll won the doubles consolation bracket. Tufts players also saw success in the tournament, with Athena Li advancing to the quarterfinals and Nadia Khera winning the “TIM” consolation draw.
