Mexico local news: Pachuca reports, political disputes, and environmental initiatives

Various local political and social developments are occurring across several Mexican municipalities. In Pachuca, Mayor Jorge Reyes delivered his second government report, highlighting efforts to restore public services and administrative order. This was acknowledged by Hidalgo Governor Julio Menchaca’s office, emphasizing coordination between state and municipal levels.
