Tulancingo to host international gastronomic fair

The international gastronomic fair ‘Tulancingo Entre Sabores’ will take place on October 17 and 18 at the Patio de Maniobras del Ferrocarril in Tulancingo de Bravo, Mexico. The event aims to establish the city as a culinary tourism destination through the exchange of flavors, techniques, and traditions.

Organized by the municipal government under Mayor Lorena García Cázares, the fair features 24 chefs and traditional cooks from Guatemala, Honduras, Chile, Ecuador, Argentina, Bolivia, the United States, and various Mexican regions including Oaxaca and Baja California. Key attractions include the ‘Encendido de Fuegos’ concept, where multiple chefs cook simultaneously, as well as workshops, conferences, and artisan pavilions. The initiative also includes urban circuits designed to connect visitors with local restaurants.
