Tulcea firefighters rescue escaped exotic parrot

Firefighters from the ISU Delta Tulcea detachment successfully rescued an exotic parrot that escaped from an apartment in Tulcea. The bird, described as an impressive juvenile measuring approximately 80 centimeters and weighing about 2 kilograms, had flown out of a window and perched in a tree in front of the residence.

Following a 112 emergency call from the owner, firefighters arrived at the scene with a ladder truck. After performing delicate maneuvers, they recovered the bird and returned it safely to its owner. Officials noted that they treat all pet requests seriously, recognizing animals as family members.
