Tulsa National disqualified from Little League Southwest Regional

Tulsa National Little League has been disqualified from the Little League Baseball Southwest Region Tournament due to eligibility violations. This decision follows a joint protest filed by three participating leagues, including representatives from Louisiana and Texas West.

The disqualification comes just weeks after the Tulsa National softball program was also removed from the Southwest Region tournament for similar eligibility issues. The baseball program had already secured a spot in the championship game, which was intended to determine a representative for the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.

Allegations regarding the disqualification include the improper use of ineligible athletes, potential violations of sibling participation regulations, and pitching more than one game in a single day. There are also accusations involving the retroactive modification of data in the GameChanger app and the alleged misuse of Little League’s disability program to falsify player eligibility. As a result of the disqualification, the championship game will now feature the winner of the semifinal between Louisiana and Texas West.
