Tuấn Trần and Jung Il Woo reunite for new film On My Way Home

The international film project ‘On My Way Home’ has officially commenced filming in South Korea. The production marks a reunion of the creative team behind the successful family drama ‘Mang mẹ đi bỏ’, which earned 171 billion VND at the Vietnamese box office.

Leading the project are Vietnamese actor Tuấn Trần and South Korean actor Jung Il Woo. The film is directed by Mo Hong Jin, with Kim Young-soo serving as co-director. Approximately 90% of the filming is scheduled to take place in South Korea.

Director Mo Hong Jin stated that the primary goal is to create a story with significant weight and novelty rather than simply pursuing spectacle. Tuấn Trần expressed that while the commercial success of their previous collaboration creates pressure, it also serves as motivation to evolve his acting style through a more intense and large-scale script.
