Tuna Otel denies wrongdoing following arrest of businessman in Gelibolu

Tuna Otel management has issued a statement following the arrest of a businessman, Ş. T., who was detained in a hotel room with two minors in Gelibolu. While local reports indicated the hotel operator was arrested and the facility was sealed due to the incident, the hotel management denies any wrongdoing.

The administration stated that the temporary closure of the facility is due to administrative procedures rather than the judicial process itself. They emphasized that all guests stay with valid identification and that the hotel consists of both a cafeteria and accommodation areas.

Management argued that they cannot be held responsible if guests secretly bring unauthorized visitors into their rooms through common areas, noting that such actions are prohibited under normal conditions. The hotel also announced that legal action will be taken against claims that they consider attacks on their commercial reputation.
