Tuncay Ozturk faces legal battles over child custody

Tuncay Ozturk and his former partner, Andreea Marin, are involved in a legal dispute regarding the custody and parental authority of their daughter. Two separate cases have been filed at the Sector 1 Bucharest Court.

In the first case, the mother has requested a presidential ordinance to seek urgent judicial intervention.
