Tunceli Governor expands access to rural villages and infrastructure

Tunceli Governor and Deputy Mayor Şefik Aygöl is conducting extensive visits to villages and hamlets across the 7,700 square kilometer province. These visits aim to reach areas that were previously inaccessible to both citizens and state officials due to security concerns during periods of terrorism.

Following improved security conditions, the province is resuming infrastructure projects that were previously halted or abandoned. This includes Bituminous Hot Mix (BSK) asphalt works to strengthen transportation networks. The current goal is to construct 120 kilometers of hot asphalt roads by the end of the year, with plans to provide direct asphalt road access to 93 villages in Tunceli.
