The temporary administrator confirmed that the company has failed to meet its obligations for more than 60 days, fulfilling the legal requirements for bankruptcy.
The Cantonal Tax Office in Livno has filed claims totaling 2,514,209.56 KM. Creditors are required to report their claims within 30 days of the decision's publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. An inquiry hearing to review these claims is scheduled for December 14, 2026, at the Municipal Court in Livno.
