Tunis to host SIAT 2026 agricultural technology fair

The 16th edition of the International Agricultural Investment and Technology Fair (SIAT 2026) is scheduled to take place from October 28 to 31, 2026, at the Parc des Expositions du Kram in Tunis. Organized by the Agency for the Promotion of Agricultural Investment (APIA), the event will focus on the theme of investing in resilient and intelligent agriculture to strengthen food sovereignty.

The fair aims to serve as a showcase for technological innovations and research advancements in agriculture, agrifood industries, and fisheries. The program includes an exhibition space for cutting-edge technologies, practical demonstrations of new production and valuation processes, and sessions focused on quality control and product certification.

Key components of the event include an international forum dedicated to ‘Green Finance’ and various workshops addressing investment opportunities. Additionally, the fair will facilitate business meetings between Tunisian promoters and foreign partners to encourage joint projects. The event will also feature the 4th edition of the National Competition for ICT Solutions applied to agriculture, targeting young talents, researchers, and startups.
