Tunisia and Indonesia Outline 2026‑2030 Development Plans to Boost Equity and Growth

Tunisia’s Minister of Economy and Planning, Samir Abdelhafidh, presented the 2026‑2030 development plan to the Assembly, emphasizing a fairer, more sustainable economic and social model. The plan targets improved living standards, enhanced competitiveness, and reduced regional disparities through reforms, public‑sector projects and private‑sector investment.

In Indonesia, the cabinet chaired by Chief of Government Sarra Zaâfrani Zenzri called for faster implementation of public projects and stronger public‑private investment. The council reviewed legislation on energy and food security, housing, health, aviation and social programmes, linking them to the same 2026‑2030 development agenda aimed at balanced regional development, economic resilience and social justice. Both governments highlighted the need for performance‑based administration, accountability and quality‑focused public services.
