Tunisia and Togo launch digital platforms to modernise public services

Tunisia announced the September 2026 launch of the national administrative‑procedures platform “Dalil”. The system will aggregate all citizen and business procedures and required documents from public bodies into a single online portal. According to Olfa Souli Ouertani, director‑general of reforms and administrative foresight at the Presidency, the project is 70 % complete and is intended to provide harmonised, regularly updated information and streamline interactions with the state.

In Togo, the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights inaugurated an online payment service for the Lomé High Court on 2 July. Minister Pacôme Yawovi Adjourouvi and partners from the Togo Digital Agency introduced a platform that enables electronic payment for about 40 judicial services via mobile‑money providers such as Mixx by Yas/Moov Money. The move is part of Togo’s Digital Acceleration Plan, aimed at digitising at least 75 % of public procedures to improve accessibility, efficiency and transparency of the justice system.
