Tunisia offers scholarships for master and doctorate studies in UAE

The Tunisian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced that applications are open for ten scholarships – five for master’s programmes and five for doctoral studies – to be pursued in the United Arab Emirates in the 2026‑2027 academic year. The initiative is part of the bilateral cooperation agreement between Tunisia and the UAE on higher education, scientific research and student mobility.

The scholarships cover tuition and registration fees, accommodation, meals, health‑insurance, a monthly stipend, an annual round‑trip flight, transport costs and a laptop. Applicants must submit complete dossiers to the ministry’s ordering office by 13:00 on 27 July 2026; incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
