Tunisia sets 2027 Hajj pilgrimage cost at 21,330 dinars
The Tunisian Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced the official cost for the 2027 Hajj pilgrimage season, setting the price at 21,330 dinars. This represents a 400 dinar increase from the previous season, which was priced at 20,930 dinars.
The total cost includes 17,200,000 dinars for accommodation and services provided by the National Services and Residences Society (SNR), alongside 4,130,000 dinars for airfare. Tunisia has been allocated a quota of 9,982 pilgrims, with an additional 1,000 individuals supported from abroad.
Selected candidates will be notified via SMS. To complete the process, pilgrims must pay the full amount at a local post office to receive a payment receipt and an “e-dinarsmart” prepaid card. Required documentation includes an original passport valid beyond November 30, 2027, passport copies, and identity photos. Additionally, pilgrims must provide proof of biometric data registration via the Saudi “VISA BIO” application. The first flight to the holy sites is scheduled for April 26, 2027.
