Tunisia to host Telehealth Connect 2026 digital health conference

The Tunisian Ministry of Health has announced the official program for the international digital health conference, ‘Telehealth Connect 2026’. The event is scheduled to take place in Tunis from September 29 to October 1, 2026.

Representatives from more than 30 countries, along with experts and officials from various international and regional organizations, are expected to attend. The conference aims to develop strategies, partnerships, governance, and financing models for digital health to improve citizen services and promote health equity.

Key topics include the role of artificial intelligence, data, and new technologies in healthcare evolution. Specific sessions will address the digital transformation of healthcare in Tunisia, the interoperability of health systems, and the implementation of virtual hospitals, featuring experiences from Tunisia, Egypt, and Jordan.
