Tunisian Ligue 1 resumes with rescheduled matches

The Tunisian Ligue 1 third matchday continues on Wednesday, September 16, with two rescheduled fixtures. These matches were postponed due to the participation of Club Sportif Sfaxien and Espérance Sportive de Zarzis in the Confederation Cup.

At the 7 Mars Stadium, US Ben Guerdane will host Club Sportif Sfaxien. Sfaxien enters the match following a recent 2-0 victory against Shooting Stars in the Confederation Cup. Both teams currently hold four points in the standings, though Sfaxien has played one fewer match than Ben Guerdane.

In another fixture at the Mustapha Douri Stadium in Djerba, Espérance Sportive de Zarzis will face US Monastirienne. Due to the unavailability of their home complex, Abdessalem Kazouz, ES Zarzis is playing their home match in Djerba. US Monastirienne currently holds five points following a recent 3-3 draw against US Ben Guerdane.
