Tupperware returns to New Zealand under new distributor

Tupperware has officially returned to the New Zealand market under a new distribution agreement with H. A. G. The brand had previously ceased trading in the country in 2022, following disruptions to its traditional party-plan business model caused by the pandemic.

Daniel Grundmann, head of sales for H. A. G., noted that the relaunch leverages the brand's strong history and nostalgia in New Zealand. The new offering includes a refreshed color palette and a range of products such as modular stackable containers, meal-prep solutions, lunchboxes, and reusable drink bottles. The products are designed to be BPA-, PFAS-, PFOA-, and PTFE-free.

Access to the brand will evolve from the former social-based model to include a new e-commerce platform and upcoming retail partnerships. This relaunch coincides with Tupperware's 80th anniversary globally.
