Turan Tovuz and Fenerbahçe match proceeds to support Karabakh reconstruction

The Karabakh Revival Fund and Turan Tovuz PFC have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to donate all revenue from an upcoming friendly football match to regional reconstruction efforts.

The match, featuring Azerbaijan’s Turan Tovuz against Turkey’s Fenerbahçe, is scheduled to take place in Baku on October 3. The proceeds will be directed toward financing projects for the reconstruction and sustainable development of liberated territories in the Karabakh region.

The agreement was signed by Rahman Hajiyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Karabakh Revival Fund, and Ehtiram Guliyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of Turan Tovuz PFC. Officials noted that the initiative highlights the benevolent power of sport to support social and regional development goals.
