Turgutlu Municipality cleans public transit stops

Turgutlu Municipality has conducted comprehensive cleaning operations on service waiting stops throughout the city center. Teams from the Cleaning Affairs Directorate cleaned both the interior and exterior surfaces of the stops, including seating areas, glass, and metal components, to remove dirt, dust, and stains.

The initiative aims to provide students, workers, and other citizens with hygienic and comfortable spaces to wait, protecting them from adverse weather conditions. Municipal officials emphasized that regular maintenance is essential to preserve the appearance and extend the lifespan of these public facilities.

Deputy Mayor and Cleaning Affairs Manager Evren Erbaş Ser called on residents to take responsibility for shared public spaces. He requested that citizens use the stops carefully and maintain cleanliness to ensure these areas remain healthy and functional for everyone.
