Turin launches ‘Torino Green’ reuse market

A new reuse market, ‘Torino Green’, has launched in Turin at via Carcano 14/A. The initiative, established by the municipal government, focuses on the occasional sale of used goods between private individuals every Saturday and Sunday.

Participants can sell personal items in good condition, such as collectibles, vintage items, books, toys, clothing, and sporting equipment, provided the value of each item does not exceed 150 euros. The market is part of the city’s circular economy policies aimed at reducing waste and promoting conscious consumption. Participation is restricted to private individuals holding a ‘green.To:’ permit issued by the City of Turin; commercial, artisanal, and professional operators are excluded.
