Italian football clubs manage summer transfers and squad updates

Italian football clubs are actively managing summer transfer windows and squad adjustments. Lecce has officially presented new attacker Willem Geubbels, who expressed his desire to play regularly despite interest from other clubs. Technical director Stefano Trinchera noted that while the squad has a solid base, the club seeks to strengthen offensive flanks and the right-back position. Trinchera also addressed the delicate situation regarding Lameck Banda, stating the club is in contact with FIFA to ensure contractual compliance.

Cagliari has finalized several moves, including the arrival of Spanish attacker Kevin Carlos on a loan with an option to buy, and defender Giuseppe Aurelio on a three-year deal. Additionally, goalkeeper Giuseppe Ciocci has completed a permanent transfer to Spezia.

Other clubs continue their restructuring: Genoa has recorded numerous arrivals and departures, including the loan of Baldanzi from Roma and the return of several players from loan. Pescara is working on defensive reinforcements, targeting Matteo Motta from Inter, while managing the potential sale of Antonio Di Nardo. Meanwhile, Milan is preparing for internal discussions between management and coach Ruben Amorim to balance squad improvements with necessary player departures.
