Turin prepares for 2026 Nitto ATP Finals

Turin is preparing to host the Nitto ATP Finals from November 15 to 22, 2026. As part of the buildup, the first Sport Illumina space in the Piedmont region will be inaugurated at Corso Cadore. This initiative, led by Sport e Salute, aims to integrate professional tennis with community sports by providing facilities for basketball, volleyball, parkour, and calisthenics.

Preparations for the tournament involve over 500 workers. Notable infrastructure developments include a Skywalk designed by Pininfarina. On the competitive front, Italian player Flavio Cobolli is nearing qualification for the event. Currently ranked sixth in the Race to Turin, Cobolli requires approximately 200 points at the Paris Masters 1000 to secure his spot, though qualification remains possible depending on the performance of other players such as Taylor Fritz and Tommy Paul.
