Turkcell hires 252 graduates in GNÇYTNK 2026 program, ecosystem totals 1,836 talents

Turkcell completed its annual GNÇYTNK 2026 talent program, selecting 252 university students and recent graduates for full‑time and part‑time positions. The program attracted 58,036 applicants from all 208 Turkish universities. Selected participants began work after an orientation at Turkcell’s Küçükyalı Plaza.

This year the program introduced a Talent Camp focused on data‑center skills, developed with Google Cloud, providing three months of intensive technical training. Graduates from engineering fields were eligible for part‑time interviews. Erkan Durdu, Turkcell’s Deputy General Manager for Human Resources, said the initiative offers “a space for young people to discover their potential and contribute to Turkey’s digital future.” Families of the new hires received special gifts.
