Turkcell offers free global communication packages in 174 countries

Turkcell has launched a new campaign providing free communication support to all individual and corporate postpaid customers traveling abroad. The company is offering a 'Global 3 GB' package, valid in 174 different countries, which can be claimed by each customer once per year.

The package includes 3 GB of internet data, 300 minutes for making and receiving calls, and 200 SMS messages. Once activated, the package remains valid for two weeks. Customers can activate this benefit through the BiP Travel channel within the BiP application, which also allows for free messaging, voice, and video calls while abroad.

Murat Akgüç, Turkcell Vice President of Marketing and Digital Services, stated that the initiative is part of the 'Turkcell Solution Power' vision to anticipate and meet customer needs both domestically and internationally. He also noted that the duration for the 'Your Tariff is Valid Abroad' feature for Turkcell Platinum customers has been extended from 7 to 15 days.
