Turkey announces new contract hiring for security and support staff

The Turkish Council of State (Danıştay) issued a recruitment notice for contract personnel in its protection and security units and various support roles, including cleaners, dishwashers, and cooks. Candidates must be under 35 years old, not enrolled in higher education, and meet the 2024 KPSS score requirements: at least 70 points for armed security staff and at least 60 points for support positions. Additional criteria for security staff include a valid armed private security identification card and minimum height requirements (175 cm for men, 165 cm for women). Applications are accepted only electronically via the e‑Devlet Kariyer Kapısı platform.

The General Directorate of Police (Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü) launched a parallel hiring drive for 500 contract support staff nationwide, allocating seven positions to Kahramanmaraş. Applicants must have completed secondary education, be aged 25‑35 as of 1 January 2026, and achieve at least 60 points on the 2024 KPSS P94 exam. Submissions are limited to the 20‑24 July 2026 window and must be made through the same online portal, with no paper or in‑person applications accepted.
