Turkey announces public sector job openings in Diyarbakır and Bingöl

Various public sector employment opportunities have been announced in the Turkish provinces of Diyarbakır and Bingöl.

Diyarbakır Metropolitan Municipality, through its personnel company DBB Personel A.Ş., is recruiting 25 cleaning staff members. Applications must be submitted online by September 2, 2026. Candidates are required to be Turkish citizens, literate or at least primary school graduates, and capable of working in shifts. Interviews for qualified candidates are scheduled for September 7–8, 2026.

In Bingöl, the Provincial Directorate of İŞKUR, in collaboration with local National Education Directorates, is hiring 647 workers under Community Benefit Programs (TYP). The positions include 190 garden workers and 457 cleaning staff distributed across several districts, including Merkez, Karlıova, and Genç. Applicants must be registered unemployed, at least 18 years old, and meet specific income requirements. The selection process will involve a notary-supervised lottery on September 8, 2026, with the term of employment running from September 14, 2026, to March 10, 2027.
