Turkey announces public tenders for laboratory and infrastructure projects

Two separate public tenders have been announced in Turkey for specialized service procurement.

Dicle University Hospital in Diyarbakır is seeking a service provider for an ELISA test system for its central laboratory microbiology unit. The tender, conducted under the Public Procurement Law, is scheduled for November 2, 2026, with a contract duration of 12 months.

Separately, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure's 1st Regional Directorate has issued a tender for survey and project services regarding the Rumeli Feneri fishermen's harbor in Istanbul. The project is expected to last 365 days, with the tender opening scheduled for November 6, 2026.
