Turkey approves construction contracts for Istanbul hospital roof and Urla road upgrades

The Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate announced an open electronic tender (ID 2026/11498761) for the roof renovation of the Koşuyolu High‑Specialty Training and Research Hospital. The contract, issued under Law 4734, requires bids to be submitted through EKAP, with the tender period starting on 14 July 2026 and a delivery deadline of 60 calendar days after the work is handed over.

The Urla municipal government issued a separate open tender (ID 2026/11609611) for the second‑phase pavement works on various streets in the district. The project includes 16,000 tonnes of base material and pavement covering 100 decares, also under Law 4734, with electronic bids accepted via EKAP. The bidding opens on 24 July 2026, and the contractor must complete the work within 90 calendar days from handover.

Both tenders follow the same public procurement procedures, requiring detailed technical and financial documentation from bidders and specifying temporary guarantees and experience criteria.
